I am so excited you landed here! My name is Taylor Wilson and I am the founder, recipe creator, and photographer behind Toasting with Taylor, a healthy food and lifestyle blog.
I graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a B.S. in Neuroscience and Behavior, allowing me to have a strong foundation in understanding how nutrients and eating behaviors promote not only health and wellness of the body, but also the brain. Currently, I am pursuing a Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies, driven by my desire and goal to help others achieve positive health outcomes through prevention (such as by eating a healthier diet!)
As a current physician assistant student with a strong desire to help others achieve health and wellness, there is nothing more that inspires me to share my favorite healthy recipes, snack ideas for on-the-go busy lifestyles, cheat day eats with healthier modifications, lifestyle tips, and so much more. As someone who formally tried to stay away from social media as much as possible, I realized social media is so much more than I realized. Social media gives the opportunity to reach an audience that otherwise I would’ve never been able to before, inspiring others to achieve a fulfilling and healthy lifestyle. It’s so rewarding to be able to inspire others in this way.
That is what Toasting with Taylor is all about: inspiring others to accomplish their goals by cultivating a fulfilling and healthy lifestyle. After all, it’s your life and you only live once, so live the life you want! Don’t just wish for it, go for it! And when you accomplish those goals, don’t forget to celebrate those moments and be proud of yourself, no matter how big or how small!
